什锦丁(玉米、红萝卜和青豆,半斤)、洋葱(半个)、番茄(2个)、红辣椒(1个)、生菜叶(4片)

洗净番茄、辣椒,番茄切成小块,辣椒切成圈。

取锅入3汤匙油加热,把洋葱放进去炒几下,倒番茄块、辣椒圈炒至洋葱变软、番茄出水。

放入什锦丁和3汤匙水,继续煸炒1分钟,加1/2汤匙蚝油、1/5汤匙盐调味,便可出锅。
